Who we Are

Abreast in the Rockies is a community of women who paddle together, support, learn and laugh with each other. We break the silence of cancer, make new friends in the process, and encourage others to get in the boat with us. 

We are involved in fundraising to support local cancer projects.  We have raised funds that helped the EKRH in purchasing a sentinel node biopsy probe and bringing new furnishings to the oncology unit. We took an active part in the fundraising campaign for the digital mammography unit.

All these activities help us to keep fit, offer hope of survival and recovery and provide us with opportunities to raise breast cancer awareness.
